Nominate someone for a car

The Board will carefully review all completed nominations after the submission period closes. At that time, we’ll match the available repaired vehicles to the most suitable nominations. We’ll also reach out to a "secret helper" to assist with coordinating the giveaway. Be sure to follow us on social media for updates and behind-the-scenes videos!

Please note: 

• The application is very detailed to help our team carefully narrow down the best matches for the vehicles available. Be sure to complete all six sections before submitting. 
• All recipients must be local to the northern Utah area to facilitate the spirit of this community project.
•  A new nomination must be submitted for each giveaway, as previous entries do not carry over. All past nominations are cleared each time to help us stay up to date with people’s changing needs.
