2. Purpose

The Prize Drawing is conducted to raise funds to support the charitable mission of Christmas Car Project, which provides reliable transportation to individuals and families in need.

3. No Purchase or Donation Necessary

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

4. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated for a specific drawing:

• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
• The Prize Drawing is void where prohibited by law.
• Directors, officers, and employees of Christmas Car Project may participate unless prohibited by the rules for a specific drawing.

5. How to Enter

Donation Entry

Individuals who make a qualifying donation during the announced promotion period will receive the number of entries specified in the promotional materials.

Free Mail-In Entry

To enter without making a donation:

Hand-print the following information on a plain 3" × 5" card:

• Full name
• Mailing address
• Telephone number
• Email address 

Mail the card in a standard envelope to Christmas Car Project.  Email staff@christmascarproject.com for the mailing address.  Only one (1) entry card is permitted per outer mailing envelope.  Mail-in entries must be handwritten, postmarked by the advertised deadline, and received before the drawing date. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, computer-generated, or altered entries are void. Limit one free mail-in entry per person unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.

6. Entry Period

Each Prize Drawing begins and ends on the dates announced in the promotional materials. Entries received after the published deadline are ineligible.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received before the deadline. The drawing will be conducted by Christmas Car Project or its designated representatives. The decisions of the organization regarding eligibility and winner selection are final.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Prize

The prize(s), approximate retail value, drawing date, and any prize-specific restrictions will be described in the promotional materials for each individual Prize Drawing. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

No substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of Christmas Car Project if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

10. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided on the winning entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time specified for that drawing, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Christmas Car Project reserves the right to select an alternate winner or to reuse the prize in a new drawing.

11. Taxes

Any federal, state, or local taxes, licensing fees, registration fees, or other expenses associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by law.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Christmas Car Project to use the winner's name, likeness, city of residence, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. General Conditions

Christmas Car Project reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or violates these Official Rules. The organization reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Prize Drawing if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the drawing.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the Prize Drawing, maintaining donor records, and communicating with participants unless an entrant separately consents to receive additional communications. Christmas Car Project does not sell participant information to third parties.

15. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Utah.

16. Acceptance of Rules

By entering, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Unless otherwise stated in the promotional materials, winners do not need to be present to win.
